Marilyn A. Hudson, MLIS

Marilyn A. Hudson is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in History and a Masters
in Library and Information Studies. She has been a professional librarian in schools, public libraries and higher education. She is a published author and has traveled widely across the state performing as a storyteller or speaking as an author.

The Hudson's have two grown children and three granddaughters. Their oldest son and his family live in Midwest City and their youngest son lives in Fort Worth.


Interests: Writing, research, storytelling, Lay Servant ministries, libraries/literacy

Hobbies: Collecting church fans, old postcards, researching graveyard art, painting/drawing/photography, researching old Methodist churches, and family history.

Misc.: Served as Consultant to several libraries, worked with groups on strategic planning, Certified Lay Servant
